Platform Role
Circolis operates as:
Marketplace Platform
connecting buyers with third-party suppliers.
Direct Seller
where Circolis purchases, holds, and sells selected products.
Where Circolis acts as a marketplace:
- The contract is between the buyer and the supplier
Where Circolis acts as the seller:
- The contract is between the buyer and Circolis Ltd
Product listings or checkout pages will indicate whether a product is:
- sold by Circolis, or
- sold by a third-party supplier
Use of the Platform
You agree to:
- use the platform lawfully
- provide accurate information
- not misuse, copy, or interfere with the platform
Circolis may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Orders & Fulfilment
When Circolis is the Seller
- Circolis is responsible for fulfilment and delivery
- ownership transfers upon delivery
- Circolis ensures reasonable product quality and accuracy
When Supplier is the Seller
- suppliers handle fulfilment and delivery
- Circolis facilitates the connection only
- Circolis is not responsible for order execution
Returns & Refunds
Products sold by Circolis
- returns accepted within 14 days
- items must be unused and in original condition
- refunds processed within 7-14 days
Products sold by Suppliers
- subject to supplier return policies
- Circolis may assist but is not responsible
Supplier Listings
Circolis may:
- review, approve, or remove listings
- request verification of sustainability claims
Circolis does not guarantee all listings will meet buyer expectations.
Information Sources & Accuracy
Circolis compiles product and supplier information from a range of sources to support discovery and sourcing. This may include:
- information provided directly by suppliers
- publicly available information
- third-party sources
While Circolis takes reasonable steps to review and organise information presented on the platform, we do not guarantee that all product or supplier information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.
Product specifications, sustainability claims, certifications, and availability may change over time and may be subject to further verification.
Users are encouraged to independently review product suitability and, where necessary, request confirmation or documentation directly from suppliers before making purchasing decisions.
Third-Party Content
Circolis may display product descriptions, images, specifications, and other content provided by suppliers or sourced from third-party materials.
All such content remains the property of its respective owners. Circolis does not claim ownership of third-party content and uses it solely for the purpose of facilitating product discovery and sourcing.
Sustainability Disclaimer
Circolis is committed to reducing greenwashing and promoting sustainable sourcing.
However:
- sustainability claims, certifications, and carbon data are often supplier-provided
- third-party certifications may vary
- environmental impact depends on usage and disposal
Circolis does not guarantee specific environmental outcomes.
Pricing & Availability
- prices may change without notice
- availability is not guaranteed
- orders may be cancelled due to:
- stock errors
- pricing errors
- supplier issues
Intellectual Property
All content including:
- branding
- logo
- platform design
- sustainability frameworks
belongs to Circolis or its licensors.
Limitation of Liability
When Circolis is the seller:
- liability limited to the value of the product purchased
When Circolis is the marketplace:
- Circolis is not liable for supplier products or actions
Circolis is not liable for:
- indirect losses
- supplier disputes
- delivery failures by suppliers
Changes to the Platform
Circolis may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
